Package and membership
A package and a membership are separate. A package is built around a goal and has an end. A membership is a steady check-in with no end date. Neither is required, and every visit can also be booked one at a time. Each states its term, how to cancel and the refund in writing before you agree.

Questions about packages and memberships
Do I have to buy a package or a membership?
No. Every visit can be booked one at a time. Many people start that way.
Can I change from one to the other?
Yes. Your therapist helps you choose when you reach the end of a package or the point you want something steadier.
Can my plan reimburse a package or a membership?
Some plans reimburse out-of-network care and some do not. You get a detailed receipt; your plan decides. Call it before you start.
What happens if I stop partway?
Your written agreement says. We go through cancellation and refunds with you before you sign anything.
Not sure which fits?
