From home, in Maine
Video visits
A one-on-one hour by video, for follow-up visits and home programs. We offer video visits in states where we are licensed, which for now is Maine. Your first visit is in the studio whenever you can come.

This care is for you if…
You live in Maine and the drive is the hard part
Winter roads included.
You have a plan and want it checked and progressed
We watch you move and change what you do next.
You have a little space and a few simple props
A mat, a chair and a resistance band are enough for most plans.
You are traveling within Maine
Your care keeps going.
What a visit looks like
A full hour, one-on-one, with a physical therapist.
- 01
Step 1: You connect
A link arrives by email. You choose a spot with room to move.
- 02
Step 2: We work
Your therapist watches, cues and adjusts.
- 03
Step 3: We plan
You get your updated program in writing.
What we do
Named plainly, with no promises about results.
A movement check by camera
What we can see, and what we cannot, is said plainly.
Exercise coaching
Cues and changes as you move.
Program updates
Sent after each visit.
A studio visit when it helps
If something needs hands, we say so.
The practical parts
What decides how many visits
The same things as in the studio: your goal, how you respond and how often you practice. We tell you honestly when a video visit, offered in states where we are licensed, is not the right one.
Who treats you
Delfina Zelaya, Devonte Carrington or Kamala Rai, each a licensed physical therapist in Maine. License details are at the foot of every page.
How it is paid for
You pay on the day. We tell you the fee on the phone before you book, and you get a written estimate before your first visit. We do not bill Medicare or other plans, and you get a detailed receipt after each visit.
When to see a doctor first
If something feels wrong that you cannot explain, call your doctor before you book. In an emergency, call 911.
